Pharmacy Weight Loss Boston | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pharmacy Weight Loss Boston, an online pharmacy weight loss clinic based in Boston, Lincolnshire, UK. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Boston is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) operating in accordance with UK pharmacy law and the standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council. We provide prescription and non-prescription weight loss treatments to eligible patients in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our medical questionnaire honestly and accurately. We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where our prescribing clinician determines it is not clinically appropriate or safe to do so.

Certain medical conditions, medications, or circumstances may make you ineligible for specific treatments. You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, including current medications and allergies. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by one of our qualified prescribers. A valid prescription is required before any prescription-only medicine (POM) is dispensed. Our prescribers operate independently and in accordance with their professional obligations.

We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only through Pharmacy Weight Loss Boston unless otherwise stated. Prescriptions cannot be transferred or reused beyond their stated validity.

4. Payment

Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store full card details on our systems. In the event of a failed payment, your order will not be processed or dispatched.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your registered UK address. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, particularly for items requiring a signature. Failed deliveries will be handled in accordance with the courier's redelivery policy.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and the order dispatched, cancellation is not possible due to the nature of medicinal products and UK pharmacy regulations.

Refunds will only be considered where an incorrect item has been sent or where the product is faulty. Opened or partially used medications cannot be returned or refunded. All concerns regarding your order must be raised within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our platform is for general guidance only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services are not a substitute for consultation with your GP or a qualified healthcare professional regarding your broader health needs. If you experience an adverse reaction or medical emergency, stop using the medication immediately and seek urgent medical attention.

We strongly recommend you inform your GP that you are receiving treatment through our service.

8. Data and Privacy

We process your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services and will not be sold to third parties. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
